Real estate septic inspections are required by most Florida mortgage lenders and title companies before closing a home with a septic system. The inspection has to be thorough, fast, and produce a written report the lender and title agent can accept without rework.
Torque performs state-certified septic inspections for closings across SWFL. We schedule fast, run the system through a full check, and deliver the written report and photos within 24 to 48 hours so closing does not slip.

Timeline
Most inspections are scheduled within 2 to 5 business days. On-site inspection is typically 60 to 90 minutes. Written report delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Warranty
The written report is a condition snapshot at the time of inspection. We stand behind our findings with photos and detailed notes you can take to closing.
Permits
Inspections do not require a permit. The report is for the buyer, lender, and title agent. Any repair work the buyer requests is quoted separately and would require its own permit if applicable.
