New drain field installation covers two scenarios: a brand new home or building going up on raw land, and an existing property adding capacity (a guest house, second septic, or commercial expansion). Both are engineered jobs that require county-approved system design, soil work, and permitted construction.
We design for the actual conditions on your lot. Florida soil varies dramatically from Charlotte County sandy loam to Hillsborough County clay, and the design changes accordingly. Get the design wrong and the field fails in three years. Get it right and it lasts thirty.

New installs typically run 3 to 7 working days from break ground to inspection, plus 2 to 4 weeks beforehand for permit issuance and engineering review.
Warranty
Written workmanship warranty on the install. Manufacturer warranties on tank and field components are passed through to the property owner.
Permits
We pull the septic construction permit, coordinate engineering or environmental review, and handle the final inspection. New construction permits often run longer than replacement permits.
