Q: Will you tell me if there is something wrong?

Yes. If we see baffle damage, riser issues, or signs of drain field stress, we tell you honestly and document it. We will not push a repair you do not need.

Q: Do I need to be home during the pump?

If we know the tank location and have access, no. If we have not been to your property before, it helps to have someone there for the initial visit so we can confirm location and walk through the system.
